new SPL IS REQUIRED to run this though. (sorry to those who are bricked.)

i’m looking for a solution to the bricking issues. until then, flashing the SPL is up to you guys. (sorry again, for any bricked devices, seems to only affect DVT-2 devices, although i’ve had some DVT-2 devices report flashed okay).

What’s up?

Well after some personally granted vacation time, i’ve decided to release an update.

I realized many people still prefer my builds over JF’s and i’d like to explain quickly the differences between mine and his.

ADP1.5Hr3 / JF1.5
- Root
-/+ Superuser app*
- WifiTether Support
+ Over/Under clocked for better performance / battery life.
+ HTC VK (HTC_CIME), as well as the traditional cupcake keyboard (Latin IME)
+ Wide range of default APN’s.
-/+ Based on ADP1.5**

* = The Superuser app available in JF1.5, at the moment, is newer than the one in my builds. My upcoming release will include the newer Superuser app as well.

** = Another reason i will update, is that there was a new OTA update released shortly after i released my ADP1.5Hr3. The OTA is only slightly newer.

Upcoming features in ADP1.5Hr4:
+ Newer SuperUser app
+ HTC E-Mail client. (Exchange support should work.. more info on this feature as i progress)
+ Based on newer firmware.

For those that haven’t seen its 5.0.1Gr3 and 5.0.2Hr3 now..

regarding todays update

Just got home from school guys, i have to go to work at 5 (it’s 4:14 PM now).

The update will be up a bit after work (i get off at 10 PM [GMT-5]).

Please be patient..

Update will definitely include wifi tethering support (both H and G).

Market fix i have to finish playing with when i get back, but i did manage to download 10 consecutive apps on the new G build..

Build 4.0.1?

After someone mistakenly decided to post up the link for the new HTC build, I decided to finally just release it for you guys to check out. Not much different other than aesthetic updates.

I’ll probably update 4.9 later, but not right now. I’m trying to resolve the audio issue first.
